• Traditional Sessions (50 minutes)

Structured for ongoing support and consistent progress. These weekly or biweekly sessions provide space to slow down, reflect, and recalibrate in real time.

• Extended Sessions (90 minutes)

Ideal for clients who want more space to dive deeper. Extended sessions allow for fuller exploration and integration without feeling rushed—especially helpful if you carry complex personal or relational dynamics.

• Accelerated Session (3 hours)

Designed for high achievers with full schedules, this extended session offers focused, personalized therapy in a single 3-hour block — ideal for monthly work when weekly sessions aren't realistic.

Our virtual sessions provide the flexibility and convenience of receiving personalized care from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be, ensuring you stay connected and supported no matter your location within Arizona, Colorado and Michigan.
