Victoria Grimm, LMFT
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Arizona, Michigan, & Colorado
When I left the military in 2016, I knew I wanted to pursue a career as a therapist. During my time in the service, I had the opportunity to travel around the world, meet and interview others, and tell their stories. I was fascinated by people and enjoyed seeing inside their worlds. So, when I had the chance to start the next phase of my life, I knew it would include deepening my understanding of the human experience. Over the years, my motivation for being a therapist has evolved, and I have learned how I am most effective in this role.
When working with me, you will notice that I approach therapy with an understanding and compassionate perspective while maintaining a direct approach. I stay updated on research to support my clients and my ongoing learning. I believe that life always offers more to understand and learn. My curious nature thrives in the therapy room. My therapy superpower is my ability to hold space and sit with you in your pain without trying to fix or change it. The ability to sit with our emotions is powerful.
I have the best job in the worldβone that keeps my ADHD brain engaged and allows me to make a meaningful impact every day. At VG Therapy Collective, you will experience therapy that is both effective and tailored to align with your goals and ambitions.
