Frequently Asked Questions

Good Faith Estimate

Effective January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, the "No Surprises Act" requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" for out-of-network care. At Victoria Grimm Therapy Collective, we embrace this ruling as part of our dedication to transparency.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost.  Under the law, if a client requests a good faith estimate, health care providers need to give clients an estimate of the bill for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
